   Basic info, citizenship, degree, availability. The hard requirements gate.

2. Stage 1Auto, < 3 minutes

   Resume Screen

   CV + LinkedIn evaluated by Claude against the published rubric.

3. Stage 290 minutes

   Aptitude Battery

   Cognitive, programming, English, and a writing prompt. AI-graded.

4. Stage 35 hours, async

   Coding Test

   Logic plus an AI-build round. LLM-judged with traces.

5. Stage 45 days, in-person Jakarta

   Audition Week

   AI-instrumented week with the cohort. Final selection happens here.
